AllowDecline（允许拒绝会议）
功能说明：配置是否可以拒绝会议，以及拒绝会议的操作入口。操作入口包括两种：一是通过日历列表的下拉菜单移除会议，二是通过签到按钮拒绝会议。
应用场景举例：可设置为仅允许从会议室内部的控制终端拒绝会议、仅允许从会议室门外墙上的预约屏拒绝会议，或直接禁用拒绝会议的功能。
DeclinableBookingType（可拒绝的预约类型）
All：所有类型的会议均可被拒绝
AdhocOnly：仅临时会议（非预先排程的即时会议）可被拒绝
功能说明：用于控制终端设备上可被拒绝的会议预约类型，需与 AllowDecline 配置搭配使用。
可选参数
注意事项：该设置不影响签到（CheckIn）功能，仅作用于 “拒绝会议” 的操作权限。
MaxDuration（最长预约时长）
参数范围：0–24（单位：小时）
功能说明：用于限制临时会议室预约和共享工位预约的最长时长。
应用场景举例：若将该值设为 2，则在预约时，时间选择器仅会提供 “最长 2 小时” 的选项，无法预约超过 2 小时的临时会议或工位。
ProtocolPriority（协议优先级）
注册至本地服务，且已关联 Webex Edge for Devices 的设备
直接注册至 Webex 云服务的设备
