CVI技术对接方案
确认设备支持情况:虽然设备停产,但部分产品可能仍支持CVI技术。如文中提及的CiscoBoard、Desk、Room系列等设备,可查看产品文档或咨询Cisco官方确定是否支持。
设备配置调整:若设备支持,按CVI配置流程操作。登录WebexControlHub,在设备配置相关选项中,开启与CVI相关功能,如设置“用户界面>功能>呼叫>加入MicrosoftTeamsCVI”为“自动”,并配置“用户界面>会议加入CVITenants”提供缺省主机名,结合视频会议ID生成正确SIPURI。
许可证与权限检查:确保有可用的CVI许可证,且设备所属账户具备相应权限。若权限不足,联系管理员进行权限分配。
WebRTC技术对接方案
检查设备兼容性:确认设备的硬件和软件是否满足WebRTC运行要求。一般较新的停产设备可能具备一定兼容性,可查看设备技术规格说明书。
网络环境配置:WebRTC通信需开放特定端口,如UDP端口3478-3481、TCP端口443等。检查网络防火墙设置,确保这些端口未被封锁。如有需要,可配置STUN/TURN服务器协助NAT穿透。
设备端设置:进入设备设置菜单,找到“WebRTC”相关选项并启用。若设备支持,还可设置相关参数,如视频分辨率、音频质量等。
