AutoCheckInDuration

自动签到时长阈值

8（默认值）(8to24)（取值范围：8–24小时）Thissettingisapplicableonlywhenthecheck-inoptionisenabled(refertotheBookingsCheck-inEnabledsetting).Whenenabled,bookingswithextendeddurations,suchasfull-daybookings,aremorelikelytobeautomaticallycheckedoutandremovedifusersdonotarriveintimetocheckin.Usethissettingtospecifythedurationthresholdforabookingtobeautomaticallycheckedin,preventingitfrombeingremovedbythecheck-insetting.

8（默认值）取值范围：8–24（单位：小时）本设置仅在签到功能启用时生效（参考“预约签到启用”设置）。启用签到功能后，对于长时间预约（如全天预约），若用户未及时签到，该预约更可能被自动签退并移除。通过本设置指定预约自动签到的时长阈值，可避免符合阈值的预约被签到相关设置移除。

False（默认值）Inasignificantpercentageofmeetingsnooneshowsupandthemeetingresourcesarewastedduringthebooking.Enablingthecheckinoptionhelpsalleviatethisproblem.Theuserscancheckintotheirbookingwhentheyarrivetothemeetingroomwhichconfirmsthebooking.Ifnoonearrivesforthebooking,themeetingroomcanbereleased,andotherscanbookthefreemeetingroom.ThecheckinoptionisavailableonsharedbookabledevicesandstandaloneRoomNavigator.

否（默认值）实际场景中，大量会议存在无人出席的情况，导致预约时段内的会议资源被浪费。启用签到功能可缓解此问题。用户抵达会议室后，可对其预约进行签到操作，完成预约确认；若无人为该预约签到，会议室将被释放，供他人预约使用。签到功能支持共享可预约设备及独立式会议室导航终端（RoomNavigator）。

10（默认值，单位：分钟）Thissettingisrelevantonlyifthecheckinoptionisenabled(seetheBookingsCheckinEnabledsetting).Acheckinbuttonappearsonthetouchpanelssomeminutesbeforeabookingstarts.Usethissettingtodefineforhowlongafterthebookingstarttheusercancheckin.Ifnoonechecksinduringthisperiod,manuallyorautomatically,theroomisautomaticallyreleased,andtheorganizergetsanemailinformingaboutthecancellation.Theroomdevicewillautomaticallycheckinfor:adhocbookings,whenjoiningacall,whenasharingsessionhasstarted(wiredorwireless),orpeoplecountis1ormore.

10（默认值，单位：分钟）本设置仅在签到功能启用时生效（参考“预约签到启用”设置）。预约开始前数分钟，触控面板将显示签到按钮。通过本设置定义预约开始后用户可完成签到的时长（即签到窗口期）。若窗口期内无人手动或自动签到，会议室将被自动释放，且会向会议组织者发送取消通知邮件。以下场景下设备将自动完成签到：临时预约、加入通话时、启动共享会话时（有线或无线）、检测到人数≥1时。
