AutoCheckInDuration

自动签到时长阈值

8（默认值）(8 to 24)（取值范围：8–24小时）This setting is applicable only when the check-in option is enabled (refer to the Bookings Check-in Enabled setting). When enabled, bookings with extended durations, such as full-day bookings, are more likely to be automatically checked out and removed if users do not arrive in time to check in. Use this setting to specify the duration threshold for a booking to be automatically checked in, preventing it from being removed by the check-in setting.

8（默认值）取值范围：8–24（单位：小时）本设置仅在签到功能启用时生效（参考“预约签到启用”设置）。启用签到功能后，对于长时间预约（如全天预约），若用户未及时签到，该预约更可能被自动签退并移除。通过本设置指定预约自动签到的时长阈值，可避免符合阈值的预约被签到相关设置移除。

Enabled

签到功能启用

False（默认值）In a significant percentage of meetings no one shows up and the meeting resources are wasted during the booking. Enabling the check in option helps alleviate this problem. The users can check in to their booking when they arrive to the meeting room which confirms the booking. If no one arrives for the booking, the meeting room can be released, and others can book the free meeting room. The check in option is available on shared bookable devices and standalone Room Navigator.

否（默认值）实际场景中，大量会议存在无人出席的情况，导致预约时段内的会议资源被浪费。启用签到功能可缓解此问题。用户抵达会议室后，可对其预约进行签到操作，完成预约确认；若无人为该预约签到，会议室将被释放，供他人预约使用。签到功能支持共享可预约设备及独立式会议室导航终端（Room Navigator）。

WindowDuration

签到窗口期时长

10（默认值，单位：分钟）This setting is relevant only if the check in option is enabled (see the Bookings Checkin Enabled setting). A check in button appears on the touch panels some minutes before a booking starts. Use this setting to define for how long after the booking start the user can check in. If no one checks in during this period, manually or automatically, the room is automatically released, and the organizer gets an email informing about the cancellation. The room device will automatically check in for: ad hoc bookings, when joining a call, when a sharing session has started (wired or wireless), or people count is 1 or more.

10（默认值，单位：分钟）本设置仅在签到功能启用时生效（参考“预约签到启用”设置）。预约开始前数分钟，触控面板将显示签到按钮。通过本设置定义预约开始后用户可完成签到的时长（即签到窗口期）。若窗口期内无人手动或自动签到，会议室将被自动释放，且会向会议组织者发送取消通知邮件。以下场景下设备将自动完成签到：临时预约、加入通话时、启动共享会话时（有线或无线）、检测到人数≥1时。
